Those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from quarantine requirements and may provide proof of a positive test, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days, on departure.
Those who can provide proof of a negative RT-PCR taken within 24 hours before arrival are exempt from quarantine requirements.
Quarantine requirements do not apply to those staying in Poland for less than 24 hours but proof of a departure ticket must be presented.

Vaccinated travelers must still provide a pre-departure test and may be randomly selected to be tested on arrival. Travelers are also required to have a suitable quarantine plan in place for 14 days as a precaution, even when seeking the fully vaccinated exemption.
Proof of vaccination must be uploaded on the ArriveCAN application. The final dose must have been administered at least 15 days before departure and supporting documentation must be in English, French, or with a certified translation.

Quarantine required
Travelers are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. This period may be shortened if a PCR or antigen test is taken from the eighth day and a negative test result is confirmed.Those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from quarantine requirements and may provide proof of a positive test, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days, on departure.

Wearing a face mask covering mouth and nose is compulsory in closed public places (indoors), such as:
-in buses, trams and trains, -in shops, malls, banks, markets and post offices -in cinemas and theatres, -at physician’s offices, in outpatient clinics and hospitals, in massage and tattoo shops -in churches, at schools and universities, -In government offices and other civic centres.
There is no obligation to wear masks outdoors and in other places such as forests, parks, green squares, botanical gardens, historic gardens, family community gardens and on beaches as well as while travelling by private car.
The obligation is waived for people who present proof of neurological, respiratory, or circulatory diseases
A minimum distance of 1.5 metres is required between people. The following categories are excluded from this requirement:
-parents with children requiring care (younger than 13 years); -people who live in one household or run a household together; -disabled persons, persons incapable of moving on their own, persons with a special educational needs statement and their caregivers.
Up to 150 people may participate in events and meetings, either outdoors, indoors or in designated areas. A distance between tables must be maintained (only every other table may be occupied, with a 1.5 metres distance between tables, unless there is a screen between them with a height of at least 1 metre). Trade fairs, congresses and conferences can be organised provided that the limit of 1 person per 15 m2 is complied with.
Shopping centres and retail trade are open. A strict sanitary regime is in place and customer capacity may be limited (1 customer per 10 square metres).
Restaurants operate under a strict sanitary regime at no more than 75% occupancy. A minimum distance of 1,5 metres has to be maintained between tables (unless there is a screen between them with a height of at least 1 metre, counting from the table surface). The limit shall not apply to persons fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to groups of children under 12 years old.
