All authorized travelers are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine, where the first 3 days must be completed in a pre-booked government-authorized hotel. A molecular test will be administered on arrival and travelers will be provided COVID-19 at-home specimen collection kits which must be taken on day 10 of the quarantine period. The kit contains information on how to collect, store and ship the samples.

A curfew is in place in Honiara from 5pm to 8am every day until revoked. International flights continue on a limited basis for approved passengers. Domestic passenger flights remain suspended.
